Attention all patrons,
Please be advised that the fitness studio's routines are proprietary and exclusive to our establishment. It is strictly prohibited for any individual or entity to use, replicate, or distribute our routines without prior written consent from the management. This includes but is not limited to instructors, trainers, and other fitness professionals. Any unauthorized use will result in legal action. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our intellectual property rights.

Refund Policy/Cancellation Policy
Memberships can be canceled or paused with a 5 day notice.
A minimum of a 3 hour prior notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Prepayment is required for any guest that does not have a package or membership.The payment is due no later than 24 hours prior to class. If we do not receive a response or payment you may be removed from the class.
Your package/membership will be deducted a class for each no-show or cancellation without the required notice.
If you have an unlimited package you will be invoiced $15.00 for any class that is cancelled without proper notice or no-show.
